At MCDHH, I create DeafBlind-accessible website pages, email newsletters, presentations, fillable forms, and social media posts.

This year, I'm leading an agency-wide effort to remediate all of MCDHH’s website pages, documents, and social media content to meet full legal compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards. As of April 2026, MCDHH has successfully remediated 100+ webpages and 200+ web documents to have accessible layouts, hierarchy, copy, and visual designs.

I also regularly write press releases and pitch stories to media outlets across Massachusetts to raise awareness about MCDHH’s events and community engagements.

Lastly, I produce monthly reports and occasionally deliver data-driven presentations to keep department leads updated on digital findings and performance.
